Spark Microgrants

Spark Microgrants has pioneered a village cash plus facilitation model that gets resources directly to villages in need and places decision-making power in the hands of families living in extreme poverty. Through direct village cash and facilitation of annualized community planning, social bonds are strengthened and economic opportunities are created that result in communities achieving outsized impacts that endure for over a decade. To date, Spark has reached over 1,400,000 lives across Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Malawi, Ghana, and the DRC.
