Courtney Eker Hardy

SENIOR OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Courtney Eker Hardy is the Senior Operations Associate at Dovetail, working closely with senior leadership to ensure operational effectiveness, quality, and cohesion across the Foundation. 

Prior to this role, Courtney worked with the USAID Office of HIV/AIDS, the United Nations Population Fund, and Peace Corps, contributing to international development efforts in health, education, and gender equality. She specialized in capacity building, global health, and program management, with extensive experience in leading multi-stakeholder initiatives and driving impactful partnerships.

Courtney holds a Master’s in Global Policy and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Texas, as well as a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the College of Charleston. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, she now lives in Austin with her husband, baby, and two dogs.
