Bryan is a Sourcing Manager at Dovetail, where he plays a key role in expanding the foundation’s international portfolio of partners delivering scalable solutions for people experiencing extreme poverty. He is responsible for identifying, managing, and qualifying a strategic pipeline of high-impact organizations across Africa and Asia.

Prior to joining Dovetail, Bryan was a Talent Consultant at TheBoardroom Africa, where he advised organizations across diverse industries on sourcing top-tier executive talent for board, executive, and investment committee roles. With a strong background in relationship management, business development, and research, he excels at forging meaningful connections and uncovering opportunities for growth.

Bryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Trade from the African Leadership University. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new experiences, hiking, discovering diverse cuisines, and biking in the outdoors. Bryan loves thought-provoking conversations and is always up for discussions that challenge perspectives and deepen insights.
